Financing and bank liaison
When a limit is stuck or a new facility is needed, we prepare a file the bank can read and we stay in the process until a decision. We work with your existing banker where that is sensible.
We do not take commission from lenders. We do not guarantee a sanction. Pack and liaison fees are agreed in writing. Where a success fee applies, it is paid by you on the facility that is actually disbursed.
This work usually follows a review. If the books cannot support a file, the review and clean-up come first.
